Executive Education at Minerva
Executive programs designed for leaders navigating complexity, culture, and change in a global world.
Today’s leaders operate across markets, cultures, systems, and uncertainty shaped by constant change. Success depends on navigating differences in perspective and context while making decisions under uncertainty.
In many organizations, execution slows as teams work across these differences.
Minerva’s executive education programs are designed to build the skills required to lead effectively in this environment by combining decision-making, communication, and cultural fluency with real-world application.
Participants learn by engaging with complex problems, testing ideas, and refining their thinking alongside peers from different industries, regions, and perspectives. The result is a deeper ability to lead effectively across cultures and environments.

World Wise is Minerva’s flagship executive program, a part-time, primarily online experience designed for working professionals.
The 6-month program allows participants to build and apply leadership capabilities while continuing in their roles. Through live, discussion-based virtual sessions and immersive in-person experiences, participants apply new frameworks directly to real challenges in their organizations and environments.
Over the course of the program, participants engage in structured sessions that explore how to lead across cultures, communicate with clarity, and make decisions in complex, interdependent systems. Each session builds toward stronger judgment, adaptability, and leadership effectiveness.
The program focuses on building practical leadership capabilities that can be applied immediately:
